need help with google ranking and wordpress question

Hi there,
I have a website lets say for example (www.snap-toolsreview.com) (this is fake by the way) Anyway, I am a newbie and I have a couple questions. First of all I am ranking top 2 on google but only if someone were to type in snap-toolsreview . Clearly someone who went to google would not type that in without spaces so they would type something like snap-tools review....when i do that i am nowhere to be found on google.....i hope this makes sense. is there anything i can do with Site Title, tag lines, etc to change this .......If someone out there is very knoledgeable i will pm you and give you my full site details and hopefully that will help understand my dilema better? Any advice please help. Thanks
Krystal

    Site Title, tag lines, etc
will help a little, but you will need to build backlinks on relevant sites, with the keyword's you want to rank for.

The biggest part of the battle is finding good keywords. Good keywords are keywords with no, or little, competition and traffic.

200 exact match and 0 competition is way better than 20,000 exact match searches and having 20 great SEO pages at the top... You'll be 21 or worse. #20 gets some 0.25% of searchers (that's some 50 visitors of the 20,000).

      #1 gets some 30% (or 60 of 200).

Of course, if you end up on page 6, you get pretty much nothing.

Once you have your main keyword, look for 10 or so more.

Preferably they would be containing the same root

how to lose belly fat fast for women
how to lose belly fat fast
how to lose belly fat women
      hot to lose fat women
      how to lose fat fast
lose belly fat fast for women
      lose belly fat fast women...

      you get the picture.

Then you use your main keyword in title, url, alt tag and a few other places... and the other keywords wherever possible.

Which means you'll have a long article.

Or, you buy a few domains that already have at least one page with a pr of 3 or higher and link back to your money-making site from the high pr pages.

If you don't have the money to buy the domains, go with option one... When you're done with the on-page optimization, get some backlinks (preferably from a pr-3 or higher page on some site... Otherwise, you need a ton of backlinks.

Don't get all your links from one place, don't use the same anchor text (don't know the exact percentage Google likes but, a while back, a lot of people who had more than 30% of their anchor text be the same word or phrase said they got penalized).

Get links from different sources (youtube, ezinearticles.com, a friend's blog). 3000 backlinks from one sit gets you on Google's bad side. 300 backlinks from 300 sites, medium competition keyword, get you on page 1, sometimes even #1.

      Google
      backlink pyramids

      Google
      link wheels
      then stay away from them
Some people will tell you to create link wheels that you don't close. By definition those are not wheels. They're silos, phallic symbols, sticks, measuring tapes, crayons, anything but wheels.

Stay away from people who're selling you large quantities of links... A 10,000 links blast costs only $5 on fiverr but they're worth a ton less than 1 link from a has-been like ezinearticles.com.

You can create your own pyramids using free platforms like squidoo, blogger.com (mind the tos, they consider linking to another site for the sole purpose of transferring link power spam), wordpress, youtube, metacafe, veemeo, but you'll need more of them than if you had one or two pages with high pr to link from.

You can, of course, create your own pyramids with domains you own....

But, again, spend most of your efforts on identifying keywords you can win top position easily that, yet, have some traffic.
