What is the best way for me to create my sales page?

Can i use wordpress?

I would be gratefull for your help.

  blueclcl - I've used wordpress for a salesletter before - just pick a template without too many other links, make it tasteful and not too distracting, and you'll do fine.

  Seriously, I was a complete html NOOB but was cranking out pages with Lightboxes etc

It all depends on how good you are with HTML.

Personally, I have a template file. It contains code for header, intro
paragraph, bullet points, Johnson boxes and so on. I then just copy
and paste the code that I need into a blank text file, enter in the
text for each section, or graphic, and then save as an HTML file. All
my sales pages are done this way and I find it very easy to control
how you want things to look.

Now, if you're not too cool with HTML, then you'll probably want to
use a WYSIWYG editor. There are many to choose from. I have
Dreamweaver that I sometimes use when I get lazy, but never for
sales pages. XSitePro is good too. Sales pages don't have to be all
that fancy, but even using an editor, you still have to have a decent
idea of what you want the sales page to look like. Some come with
templates, others don't.

There isn't a one size fits all. Personally, I don't recommend using
Wordpress, though others will disagree with me.
