Where Can I Outsource Some of My Marketing?

Hi all,

I've been online for 3 years and quite successful in my niche (personal development). The catch is that I don't have the time to do all the marketing my business requires to grow.

The "how-to" of marketing isn't the issue - I understand that and I'm good at copywriting and building online sales systems. The problem is strictly time.

So I'm wondering if you have any suggestions about where I could outsource some of that marketing (for a percentage of the profits).

Specifically, I'm looking for help marketing:

- several excellent multi-media programs online

- organizing an Amazon bestseller campaign for a great book

- organizing online JVs and offline speaking engagements

Any suggestions on any of the above would be greatly appreciated!!

    Hello,

I always like to keep my outsourcing "in the family" so to speak. If you have any friends or family that can help, this may be the most trustworthy route.

Otherwise you could always place an ad on Craigslist and go through an interview and selection process. Or there are websites like eLance that have thousands of people all bidding for jobs.

    Hope this helps.

    Matt

    Warriorcoach1,

I would be interested. Send me a PM at your convenience outlining the tasks you need completed and how often (daily, weekly, as needed, etc.) and we can go from there. Thanks!

You can start with your network of friends. Some may be willing to do it on a per project basis. If cost is an issue, you may want to check out freelancing sites online such as elance, odesk and the like. You'll save money alright but you have to patient in the selection process.

I always had very good luck with scriptlance.com
Just make a project telling what you need, let the person picked work on one project than decide if you want keep working with him or her.

I found several very reliable freelancers on scriptlance in the past.

This might be a bit more than you are looking for, I don't know. I thought it was interesting and I'd never heard of it before.

I found out about it from Russell Brunson talking about how he outsourced his linkbuilding to a full-time service (i.e. 40 hours per week) in the Phillipines for about $500 per month for 3 months to get onto the front page of Google for 'internet marketing'. He sent them a few videos to explain what he wanted them to do and they just went about doing it full-time every day. Here's the link Agents of Value | Webmaster Outsourcing Services
