How is this website ranking so high?

Best Vacuum Cleaner Reviews

I just saw this website rank at #4 in Google for "vacuum cleaner reviews" which seems like a very broad term to rank for.

I checked in Google and the website only has a whopping 18 pages indexed.

I checked links in Alexa.com and they only report 17 inbound links, none of which seem like they are from high-profile domain names.

Not to mention, the website is plastered in Adsense and is clearly a "made for Adsense" blog.

Anyone got any ideas?

Initial thought, could be wrong...

... sometimes a new site can rank well until Google runs it against Penguin/Panda to see how it measures up, and the site is never seen again.

This thread may do better in the SEO category.
