How to send a DMCA notice?

Hey folks, just got myself a DMCA template letter.

I take it I'm supposed to send it to the host. I got the host's email address. Shall I send the letter as an attachment with 'DMCA Notice' in the subject, and a message saying "Oi, check your attachment bitches".

Or shall I simply copy'n paste the letter into the email?

Sucks when your stuff get's stolen, don't it?

I would defiantly CC'd to the hosting provider as well... That will scare him..lol... I would also refrain from vulgar language ... you get better responses that way... Trust me..

    Cheers,

That's good to have DMCA template letter.

Then send copy and paste it to the email with the subject DMCA Notice, or Copyright Claim, or something like that

  • I would personally do both so they cant say they never 'read the email' or got the attachment. Although the attachment might go into spam.

And no vulgar language like frank mentioned above!
