PLEASE HELP- FaceBook payment problem!!

Everytime i try to pay Facebook for the ads with credit card(VISA), it just gives me this error:
'Sorry, we were unable to process your order at this time.'

When i try to pay though PayPal, it gives me this error:

'Your Paypal payment could not be completed. You can always visit your account settings and add a valid credit card number, or update your Paypal information to complete your purchase. Please contact Paypal directly if you believe there's something wrong with your account'

Any ideas?

    Hello Grace,

    Are you sure you keyed in the correct card number in your Paypal? Please double check again grace. I had that problem 3 years ago lol then I realized I keyed in the wrong number as the other card was no longer valid.

      Pfft... i had this problem a month ago and i tried almost everyday, i even went to my friends house, made a new account then tried because i thought facebok was blocking my IP even tho i did nothing wrong, but it still doesn't work... thanks anyways

    There was another thread about 5 minutes ago on this same subject. I would guess there has to be some technical problem with the payment area.
