    Pretty straight forward, right?

    Looks like a great place to do two things:

    1. Come up with a great info product about the 'secrets' and 'insider knowledge' of coming up with killer Youtube video ideas and maybe even tips and tricks to help them go viral... (ie)

    "Learn the incredible viral video inducing features YouTubes TOP 5 most viewed videos of ALL TIME have in common, and how You can start incorporating them in your videos as well, practically forcing your channel to start receiving 10's of thousands of views on autopilot!"

    2. Another good one would be a 'Done For You' service of exactly what you are teaching on your site.

    Lots of People are busy and don't have the time to do everything from scratch, but would be interested in putting together and publishing videos of YouTube in exchange for some cold hard cash. Brand yourself as an expert, get some reviews of your service, and show the results of happy clients! Then start selling the service.

    I checked your page and it feels good. I would suggest adding article to video capability with a resaonable price. You may want to check Turn any article to video with animation, music, graphics, and a full voice-over for just $1! if you haven't seen it. If you can improve that (animation and sound) I believe you will get the share.
