What are the best tools to create a funnel?

I need help identifying tools to create a funnel where.

1. User lands on site.
2. User enters e-mail address.
3. User receives free pdf.
4. User is thanked, and I begin pushing another product.
5. User pays for product.
6. User is sent to thank you page.

I am giving away quality information, which only a fool would not be able to turn into a profit. Should I delay the gratification of selling them something after they get the free download, so as to let it marinate (build rapport), or do I move in for the kill with the next offering immediately?

With all that said, what are the best tools, or platforms to make this all work. I am familiar with Unbounce, is it good for IM?

  • OptimizePress would do all this, great tutorials for starting out and of course you will need an AR if you do not have that at the moment.

    • Thanks a lot for the info! However, what is AR?

  • Optimize press all the way. It takes a bit to learn about all the cool things you can do, but simple and saves you boat loads of cash.
  • If you're into learning how to do it all yourself then a wordpress theme is the best option... I prefer Profits theme because you can make funnels really fast. But otherwise you can even go to fiverr and have someone create a funnel in html.
  • Create keyword funnels. Good SEOs will map keywords across the buying cycle of a business, including lots of extra information about those keywords. In this example, we have simply added the potential revenue from that keyword and keyword difficulty from the SEOmoz tool of the same name. The keyword marked green is one whose search volume is rising fast (data from Google Trends).
  • Love optimize press. It is pretty user friendly I have found.
