Proxy ISP?

I have been banned from a Forum that is heisting my stuff.

Now...my ISP is blocked....is there a way around this so that I can get back in there to find out what links are being used ?

Or if anyone is willing to get in there and get me the links so that I can do my thing ...PM Me.

I can help you with some SOCKS5 proxies. Do you know how to set up your browser to use a proxy?
