Question for those interested in self-publishing

Would really appreciate some feedback here. I have a brand new membership/community site up for those interested in self-publishing. I'd love to hear from the perspective of those on this forum, what are the most important things for you when it comes to self-publishing?

For example, are you most interested in learning how to outsource or to write quickly yourself?

Are you most interested in methods of getting quick boosts of traffic to your books or how to build a loyal following around your books?

Are you most interested in Kindle, print-on-demand, selling ebooks via PDF, or other forms of self-publishing?

I've learned that great feedback goes a long way in successfully helping people navigate the online world/online entrepreneurship. Any thoughts you have around this topic are great help to me as I strive to make this new community great for everyone involved.

    Linguistic editing and artistic cover creation are probably the two things that self-published books lack the most. Because, even though a ten-year-old can publish something on Kindle, in order that the publication looked like a professional book, it needs that some professional have handeled it first.

        Definitely info on hiring freelancers. Particularly artists, layout, and professional editing services would be important. Style, grammar, and general good practice guides would also be useful.

    Kindle is the way to go... And I think many people want to know how to promote their kindle books.

    I myself prefer KINDLE, as it is very easy to set up everything, and of course a good traffic that definitely means more SALES.
