Clickbank Affiliates - A surefire way to find a quality product

This will be nothing new to many experienced affiliates, but I know it may be helpful to some.

What I'd like to talk about is recurring billing products that have High Average Rebill Totals

This tells us that many customers are satisfied with the product, because if they weren't they would have cancelled after 1 or 2 months, thus resulting in a Low Average Rebill Total

Below is an example of a product I promote that has a high average rebill total. I've underlined in red, the part I'm talking about..

As you can see, the average rebill total is $149.11.

The actual rebill amount for this product is $8 per month. That means on average customers continue to pay their monthly subscription for over 18 months. ($149.11 / 8 = 18.6)

I still have customers who purchased this product back in June, that still continue to pay the monthly subscription. After a few months it turns into a snowball effect and you can make some serious passive income.

NOTE - Make sure the Avg $/sale and Initial $/sale back up the Avg Rebill Total.

For example, if a product has a $20 Initial Sale, and only a $22 Average Sale, then the Average Rebill Total becomes almost irrelevant. As you can see in the screenshot I provided above, there's a big difference between the initial and average sale, which tells us that the Average Rebill Total is a true number.

I hope that last part made sense

Nothing new but good advice for someone new to affiliate marketing.

Personally i am not keen on Clickbank but a lot of people seem to be having huge success with it.

Hahaha, sounds like a great idea! Recurring billing information on a recurring basis.

Also note the low gravity - next you need to check out the sales page.

Well, I hope to keep the discussion moving forward
so, umm, how is gravity work? I always use 20-100, that's the value that my guru told me to.

I also prefer newer product as it create less competitor, the faster we settle, the better we get rangked.

I will leave this one to Alexa, hopefully she will chip in sometime soon.

But basically there is no correlation between gravity and number of sales. Many super affiliates actually prefer to promote products that are in the 1-15 gravity range.

I think he was pointing out the profitability of such a (relatively) low gravity product that runs contrary to a lot of "guru" advice, not criticizing your choice of product.

His next point was also valid: check the sales page.

You and I have the market covered between us, then: I'll take the "under 20" ones, mostly.

                Again, we're not competing.

My subscribers in every niche like to know, and to be reassured, that I'll never promote anything new. That way they know that all my recommendations are tried, tested and proven. In their minds, that separates me from "other marketers" some of whom want to get in quickly on the basis of hype and promote new products, and they therefore trust me more. Or so they say.

Seriously, with ClickBank products, things like that, which relate to credibility and trust, really are what generally determine how many sales you make.

On the "gravity" question, the link Mike kindly provided just above will help, I think?

If this has been posted often, I haven't seen it. I didn't know that Clickbank had recurring billing products.

      Were you referring to this?:
