Has anyone ever spotted this creature in the wild:

A web developer who does quality work, is trustworthy, works fast and for a reasonable price. This fine feathered beast is familiar with PHP coding, internet marketing, e-commerce and knows its way around an OsCommerce based shopping cart.

    Yes, we have quite a few of them here at this forum. One of them is working
    on a site for me as we speak.

    I am sure that they'll be replying to this thread shortly. So bookmark it and
    keep your eyes on it.

    One word of advice. Make sure you explicitly tell the developer what you
    want. They are not mind readers. I am speaking from experience. The
    more detailed the specs, the better the job.
