Online Payment Processor Question...

Hello everyone. I know there are a lot of you on here that do business internationally as well as nationally, and so I wanted to inquire if any of you can point me in the right direction.

I've been doing business internationally for a few years now online as well, though most of my payments still come from within US soil. However, there is one question I do have that I hope you can assist me with.

I want to know if there is a highly recommended payment processor that converts and accepts payments from South Africa to US? I know Paypal doesn't. But with my hip hop beats business, I've been getting more and more people from South Africa who want to buy my music, but, Paypal doesn't accept them at all. I've tried to find the best options but so far have not. I've heard some say Payza does accept it, and others say they're not so great with converting, and so forth.

If any of you all knows or even more so, deals with a good solid reputable payment processor that can accept payments from South Africa, please advise. I greatly appreciate it in advance. I've probably missed out on a few sales already this month alone because I can't seem to find one that does. I've only found payment processors that are within South Africa that deal with local South African online payments, but not one that converts from SA to USA. Thanks again.
