I see a lot of people on this forum ask the same question all of the time.

How do you make money online?

Here's a simple strategy for any newbie to make money if they take action.

1)Pay .01 for the first month of hostgator.

2)Search the web and find a .99 Godaddy promo code.

3)Sign up for a $1 trial of Aweber for your first month.

4)Choose a profitable niche that you are passionate about and that you can offer value to and solve a need.

5)Drive free traffic whatever way you can (forum marketing, blog commenting, SEO, etc.)

6)Build a list by offering a high value freebie to your website visitors.

7)Market to your list by offering high quality affiliate products that helps to solve a need and answer your visitors questions.

8)Make money and profit
Anybody who takes the effort to follow this blueprint and do these actions WILL make money.

Now you have no excuse or reason NOT to make money online.

I've just given you a simple blueprint that you can follow to make money.

Nice Blueprint, I have seen these methods to be proven with little or no initial start up cost I would also suggest incorporating social media to enhance your interactions on a personal level.

If you want to go completely free temporarily, I recommend a get response account and a dot tk domain or something similar with get response to host it. What has always stopped me before was traffic... driving free traffic for me, was too much work for little to no traffic. so to remedy that I started paying for traffic lol.

    Simple Blueprint:

    1. Work your face off

    2. Learn from your mistakes

    3. Repeat step 1

I think most of the people who eventually fail online already understand this basic blueprint. It's the details that need to be explained. Simply having a domain name, autoresponer service and hosting plan does NOT equal success.

Yes this is a viable blueprint. If you already know what you are doing.

This is where newbies struggle because the "easy plan" becomes not so easy:

Here's a simple strategy for any newbie to make money if they take action.

1)Pay .01 for the first month of hostgator.

2)Search the web and find a .99 Godaddy promo code.

3)Sign up for a $1 trial of Aweber for your first month.

4)Choose a profitable niche that you are passionate about and that you can offer value to and solve a need.

Newbies stumble at the first block of finding a profitable nich. Look at the questions in the forum and you will find many that stall here: How do I find a niche? Something I love? Something that is huge? Something that is evergreen? What about competition?

5)Drive free traffic whatever way you can (forum marketing, blog commenting, SEO, etc.)

That is easy to say but not always so easy to do in large volume especially for a 'newbie".

6)Build a list by offering a high value freebie to your website visitors.

Where do I find a freebie? How do I know it is of high value? What if I can't write? English is my second language, what do i do? How do I outsource? Is iwriter any good?

You have seen the questions in this forum.

7)Market to your list by offering high quality affiliate products that helps to solve a need and answer your visitors questions.

    8)Make money and profit

The problem with all these easy blueprints is that, yes, they work in theory, but in practice there are a lot of little hurdles to get over that can seem like large obstacles to new marketers.

There are people making big money selling WSOs explaining the details you left out here.

"Guru's" glossing over details is what leaves newbie's feeling scammed.

Here is another foolproof plan that any newbie can use:

    1. Find a high paying, high converting CPA offer.
    2. Drive free traffic to that offer any way you can
    3. Lie on the beach and collect your commissions

Simple, huh? Why aren't there more online millionaires?

You seem to miss the point. The point of this post was to give newbies a basic, simple blueprint to making money online.

You're right, there are other details that the newbies will have to figure out, but... that's where my help stops.

It's up to them to educate themselves about the whole system and figure out the little details.

I'm not going to figure out every single stumbling point that a person may run into.

It's their job to figure solutions to the problems that they may run into.

      Here's the truth:
Business is about solving problems and learning how to think on your own.
NOT copying somebody else and never learning anything.

The people who are smart, who want to succeed, will use this blueprint to make money. They won't make excuses or give up, they will figure out a way to get things done.

The other people, who look at this and all they see is obstacles, will continue to fail. They may try a different method but they will more than likely still fail.

If you want to succeed then you'll stop making excuses and take action.

I didn't miss the point. I don't think your post is 'wrong' at all and it's a very motivational 'take action' type of post.

In fact, if you use the forum search for 'blueprint' you can find dozens of them.

My point is that throwing blueprints to "newbies" on how to make money easily while leaving out the key details required to make any blueprint actually work is disingenuous.

If you really want to help newbies, it would be better to really fill in the 'missing ingredients' like Jarett does so well in his War Room post. He says exactly what you said here only much better and leaving very few gaps.

I was not intending to offend you. I was pointing out which parts of your blueprint are easy to say, but more difficult to actually explain how to do effectively.

          Good call...

I was thinking about how if I was a newbie and I read this I would probably be excited, start taking action, then most likely get stuck with driving traffic.

I'd then probably go buy 274385487234236 traffic reports from the wso section...

While you have definitely laid out the right action steps for newbies I think it would be difficult for them to figure out the different components to each part of your blueprint.

I'm actually creating a membership site that details this whole process (along with a whole lot of other content) so if you're looking to start building your list and making affiliate sales then pm me or add me on Skype and I'll help you out free of charge

I just realized that everything I highlighted in red is most likely available for $17 in his WSO...

The devil is in the details or the devil is in the person's mindset?

Know the rules so the wool can never be pulled over your eyes. A newbie has to have a willingness to learn the rules in order to succeed in the first place.

Execution lay at the feet of the person. There are plenty of great information on how to be an athlete, but, once you learn the information the question becomes "can you execute". Same analogy here.

Nice post, I'll just like to add to pick a niche you know something about. Don't just go to IM because there is money in it, after all you want to add some value and earn money.

I totally agree that this Blueprint works because I am using it for my niche business and it is working for. Basically once my squeeze page is ready and I have put some email messages in the autoresponder sequence, I will focus the majority of the time on traffic generation activities.

There are many different ways to drive traffic to the website but it will be more practical to stay focus on mastering one method at a time. The real tricky situation is whether the person has the discipline to follow through it.
