Wordpress Membership plugin with this specific functionality?

You can get these options with S2member. You get to chose a level for each page.

Comes with intergation for pay pal for each level.

S2Member can do pay per view and is free.

But you may find that your client wants additional functionality in the future, as clients often do. ;-)

In this case, they'd have to upgrade to the paid version of S2Member and perhaps feel a little annoyed that you didn't suggest a more comprehensive solution out the door.

So my suggestion is that you bypass potential membership plugin limitations right from the outset and recommend Digital Access Pass (DAP) to your client. And DAP does support pay-per-view (and every other freakin' thing even the most ahem, "creative" client can conjure up!)

You could even send him/her your affiliate link in exchange for added support? I do this and find it allows me to charge a little less while a client purchases something they need anyway.

Unless a client is dead-set on Wishlist or some other plugin, OR has a very tight budget, I evangelically endorse DAP because ...It's for their own good!

You can do this with Wishlist Member. It's pretty cool and I used it for my Member's Area. I have two Membership levels and I restrict content for the "Gold" members.

It's very easy to do with Wishlist.
