Malware Sucks...Have a solution?

Recently discovered that my two websites have malware on them . I've checked with Securi and other malware identification websites and it's definitely there.

I went in and removed the malware from certain folders via FTP before but apparently I had it again.

Do you know of a free and effective solution or would going with Securi be the best option?

Thanks!

Getting rid of the infected pages is the easy part, but as you've found out, stopping the source of the attack is the hard part.

I'd personally recommend you use Sucuri and have them clean up your site, they'll not only clean it for you but also be able to find the backdoor/insecure script that is letting the hackers back into your account.

I also use Malwarebytes. It came very highly recommended. So it's not free but for the peace of mind, man! it's worth it. Occasionally they do half-price specials but I wouldn't wait for that...

Malwarebytes is a good solution. Or you can go down to the Walmart and pick up something called Kaspersky. It's powerful.
