When making a website for someone, do you use your own Google Webmasters account?

I'm new to Google Webmasters, i have been making websites for a good while in my spare time and only recently studying SEO. What i was wondering is with regard to having a Google Webmasters account, is it very important and if so when making a site for someone else do i create a new webmasters account in their name or use my own?

Thanks.

Personally I always make a separate account for my clietns, so they can take control of it and then once the website's done I don't have any responsibility anymore.

Do you use Facebook ? Then you can make money just by inviting people to a Facebook group ! It's called the Instant Income System. How cool is that?

Personally, I don't create a new Google Webmasters account every time I work with a new client. If they don't have it installed when the project started, I'll create the account for them and invite them to join as an administrator. Once the project is done, I normally send them an email reminding them that they can remove my access if they want to.

Everything should be handed over to the client upon completion of the job.

It doesn't make any sense for you to have ownership of their GWT account.

    Hi,

I actually get the clients to create the accounts and provide the login, then add myself as an admin etc
