    You got so many tools relating to different aspects of the job, no 1 tool will make you successful without the help of other tools ( plus your own skills).

    Notepad, Notepad++, CPanel, Filezilla, WinRAR, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, GetResponse, Google (all products), Amazon AWS, Best Damn Redirect, Camtasia...There are just a few I use virtually every single day (or every single day, virtually..if you prefer, lol) of my life & would be lost without.

    All of the above. Depends on what you are using it for. Screen capture - Camtasia; all the Microsoft products; WordPress; Market Samurai - definitely great for keyword research.

    You name it. There are a lot of options. Sometimes you just have to use what works best for you for what you are doing.

        Micro Niche Finder has been a winner for me.

        It gets updates regularly and the support offered by the vendor has been there for me time after time with real responses to my questions and problems.... canned responses from help desks..... really get on my nerves... but that's a different discussion all together.

    The best software for what? Software is for what, not for who. I'm still looking for the sooper-dooper IM business in a box all-inclusive software that, after I install it and push the magic happy button, starts pumping cash in my PayPal account.

    Your computer operating system.

    Because internet marketing is a multi-disciplined market, you need lots of software. You need to be able to research for niche, keywords, hot topics, create sites, create lists, promote, sell products. That takes a lot of software.

    I think the next after the o/s would probably be Wordpress.

    Then its Market Samurai, Traffic Travis, Google Adwords Keyword Tool that sort of thing
    AWeber is also up there.
    And probably also sites like this one...
