talk with your debtors, quit doing what's not working, find someone to work for (if you aren't already), don't waste time worrying & trust you'll be ok in the long run.

I don't want to break your hopes but please be realistic there is no gold mine in Internet waiting for people to turn themselves rich over night.
I like that your goals are realistic so I think you can start with an blog but have to give something to get in return.

Make an blog you are passionate off put Adsense to it.
Or
Find something to sell on eBay.

Or

Get into affiliate marketing make account on clickbank help people sell & get commission in return, you can find plenty on ways here to how to sell clickbank products.
There are hundred more ways but I only wrote which worked for me.

It really not easy to make money online when you are pressed and really in need.

The best and simplest way to get started and real fast is to multi task in a smart way without getting over worked or suffer from information overload.

1. Article writing is one good way to quickly put money in your pocket. Make a WSO on the forum, give out reviews, add the WSO thread in your sig and bump from time to time. There are lots of services you can render on the forum, study the forum and see what solves the need of large number of people.

2. Create fiverr gigs in different services that you are familiar with. Get positive reviews and promote on forums, videos, writing, solo ads, email marketing and others.

3. Make a site and offer/promote your services or affiliate products.

These won't be achieved in a day but you gotta start somewhere.

Also, you should think of getting a part time job if you are not the savvy type or for the fact that Internet business needs time to develop especially when you don't have the skills, resources and tools.
