Taking over Flippa

I wanted to know how much practice and ratings do we need to get good cash when selling on flippa?

Like Flippa listings are tuffer now on wards because even you have paid the listing fees, your site must have decent traffic and a page rank to sell it for at least $300.

So i wanted to know how much traffic, Page rank and other rates do we need to sell it on flippa for at least $300?

    That's not true. A lot of sites are sold above $300 on Flippa with no traffic and no Page rank. It always depends on your concept, your design and if buyers find value in your site.

    The most important is the visitor from the website and the money that has been generated from your website. Will automatically have a high selling..

    I think it purely depends on the website's value. That how old is the website and how much money can it make monthly. Those sites will always have large value!

      I don't believe you can sell brand new sites for 300$ anymore. There are just too many similar sites being sold on flippa that the market is overflown with low quality new sites. Especially since the listing fee for new sites went down to just 9$.

      I believe you need to sell atleast 3 sites a day in different niches to make a full time business on flippa. If you then build a buyer's list, you can still make lots of money, but it's hard work i think to reach that.

        The upfront price decreased but the success fee for that is now 15%, so it's the same price as listing an established site and if you sell above $200, it will cost you more to list it at the $9 price.

        @OP. Pagerank is pretty inconsequential to whether or not a site sells. The two things that buyers consider most is traffic and revenue.

    That means that to sell a site for above $300, you must have an income stream that is making you money and by selling that site, you give away that stream to the buyer, right?

    If a site can makes money $50 monthly at least consecutive 3 months, you can sell the site for $300.

    Is it necessary To integrate Adsense In order to sell the site for higher prices? I heard it on one of the forums that most of the people sell sites giving income proof of their adsense account. So do we need adsense with our website to sell it for more money?

    I am using flippa from long time and I earned over $3k by selling websites on flippa. Now a days flippa is not working for me, but here what I learned.

    Dont try to fool your buyers. Always give original reports by verifying analytics to your account. The blog or website with earnings and organic traffic will going to sell easily for high amount on flippa. If buyer ask video proof of earnings you need to show them real time data not earnings and traffic before 1 year.
