where to get data for bank owned properties

do you know any source for a regularly updated data for bank owned properties?
First I've tried to get into affiliate programs for foreclosures (foreclosures.com gives you wordpress plugin - out of the box solution) but the only us based affiliates are allowed to join, and guess what i am in germany, Then i though about scraping bank webpages, this is too much work for a micro niche site. Do you have any idea how can i get reliable bank owned properties datafeed?
