What is the best way to get strong links to dating niche?

February is not the best month for dating niche. The best period is from October to January. I have few very good dating sites and promote them by usig different methods. In the last time I'm more targeting on social networks. But what about strong links from other dating resource? Nowadays its very difficult to find really good dating related website that can place your link. Espacially good dating review sites.
A lot of sites have been created only for selling links, they are rubbish with one good PR on homepage but other pages even don't have PR 0, they all show PR N/A.
I want to ask the members who has dating niche and promote it. What method of promotion works the best for you? Where do you get links?
