I need tips

Google loves youtube videos as it owns the company and the algorithms are all interlinked, so that's always a good one to try out.

Article writing can be very time consuming and you are always under pressure from the directories to keep writing new and unique articles. Gone are the days when you can write one article and submit it to 10 directories because once submitted, you will find that several other sites will pick up on your previous submission and class your submission to their site as None-Unique, therefore not allowing your article to be posted.

I personally found it very frustrating trying to use this traffic tactic and moved away very quickly! But that's just my experience with it.

Forum posting is another good one for driving targeted traffic and unique visitors on a daily basis.

Also visiting other related blogs and commenting is good for linking back to your site, but make sure you dont just put something useless like "Fab Post" You have to make a valuable contribution otherwise the blog owner will just delete your post.

Any free methods are going to take time but with a little effort and focus you can get some real momentum to your business and then when the sales start to increase you can look at re-investing the profits back into paid traffic generation to free up your time so you can concentrate on other ways to grow and scale it up.

There is plenty of free ways! Since I am on a low budget all I do is free marketing & some cheap paid marketing.
Anyways

-Try Forums. Warrior Forum is a great example! Look at the number of internet marketers over here. You could go to a beauty forum & provide value to the members. That way they will all have some kind of trust towards you & believe that you provide valuable information. This will lead them to go to your website.

-Social Media. Lets take facebook for an example. You're in the beauty niche, let's say there are only 1,000,000 interested members on facebook for that niche, isn't that a lot? Start a page on facebook, provide valuable & consistent content! Build a relationship with your audience & leads will fly in! But the key is providing valuable information at first.

-Youtube. Start your own channel & then add videos to it. Subscribe to other related channels to get your self out there more.
May I suggest a JV on Youtube. What you can do is contact an owner of a higly viewed, subscribed to channel & tell them if they promote your website you could perhaps give them a certain percentage of the sales.
This would generate less money to you but it would get you a lot of exposure which is great as a long term investment
