Youtube Marketing Still Profitable?

Well it's still an effective way to drive traffic to your website I use it every day to drive traffic to my CPA offers and believe me it's very very profitable here is a screenshot of one of my CPA offers

Wow, thats what im talking about. Just one question, do you send traffic directly from youtube.com to your cpa landingpage or do you use a landingpage/squeezepage or something else? Thank you for your valuable time.

I send it directly to the offers also do not limit your self with CPA only you can use it to drive traffic to anything you want.

I still make a reasonable income from Youtube videos. As long as they are ranked highly in google you should have no issues. There are multiple ways to do this, backlinking, SEO, buy views, likes and comments, go viral etc.

I know a guy personally who made a 7 figure business in the health and fitness space mostly from YouTube marketing, so yeah it still works. It's the second largets search engine in the world.

Yeah, but the trick is how to do it? Just posted in the review forum looking for great program, course, guide etc etc.. Can you recommend any thats proven to work?

Absolutely still works.

YouTube --> Landing Page --> Product or Offer.

If you get REALLY specific with buyer keywords you'll get ridiculous conversions if your landing page is solid. I don't get a ton of traffic for each video that I upload, but I've got videos that consistently get a 15% or higher conversion rate each month.

Youtube is definitely the best as it was use to be, but nowadays the problem why many
marketers having problem with Youtube is only because creating account is not as easy as before..

Been there done that (and lots more) before i sold my biz in 2010, had a bodybuilding site, my own product, ebook.. etc etc but thats another story.. Now im looking for a way to promo my onepage "latest news site" below using YouTube, any ideas?

I have to be honest...when I see what's masquerading as 'YouTube Marketing' these days I get very turned off.

Am I alone in this?

If you're referring to typical slideshow type vids, you're probably not alone. But take yourself out of the IMer mindset. Most people don't really care.

I've got slideshow videos that are screenshots of the product, a very short description + benefits, a review snippet or two, and a call to action that points to a landing page. (Read more reviews, get a discount, etc.)

I'll admit that they aren't the greatest videos ever, (though better than a lot that I see) but they still convert VERY well because I'm targeting buyer keywords. And I definitely stay away from anything in the IM niche.

I fully agree and yes, that's all a person really wants especially when they are looking for that exact thing. They want to see what they are looking for and get to the product as quick as possible, nothing fancy at all needed. Actually too fancy can be a distraction from what you're presenting.

No you're not alone at all, people want to get great results with YouTube but keep implementing these old washed up techniques that give them minimal results and complain about it. It's time for a new wave of creativity.

I always thought it was against the rules to send users directly to an offer page... or at the very least we'd be walking on thin ice. Is this perfectly normal, then? That'd be pretty sweet..

Yeah just recently YouTube allows us to put annotations that go directly to our site as long as it isn't malicious (of course) and it can't be a re direct. Also if you get caught doing either of those things you can get your account closed. You can find it the annotation portion of YouTube.

Is it? Oh boy, yes. YouTube is an extremely, EXTREMELY profitable place to be. If people were to just sit back and think of what YouTube really is and not think of it in the fashion of using it as a place to sell products or cpa, people could be in a Much better shape. Not saying those things aren't lucrative but I've made over $40,000+ easily with YouTube without products or cpa.

It's a platform, just like website is a platform and if people stop looking at it such a linear manner then they can really see how much money is to be made. I'll put it like this, wrap your mind around the idea of how YouTube would make money if YouTube (Google) was to jump in the world of internet marketing (an expansion of their broader view). Look beyond the videos and realize that when you jump on YouTube you are jumping in a field of people with families that are usually passionate about what they are doing and no I'm not talking about chump change I'm talking about big money here.

YouTube is wide open and it has not yet been nearly been exploited for making money and I mean on a residual basis and one time payments. Remember this guys, no one likes to be sold anything. Actually you can't sell anything to anyone. People buy things when they need it or want it so bad that, that desire or craving for that certain thing becomes emotionally a need. All we can possible do is show them reasons why they should want it even more. If you want ice cream, no one sold you on the idea but looking at a commercial incepts the emotion of want, to the specifics, the details of that ice cream.

Pay attention to Apple and you'll begin to see how YouTube is a field of people ripe for the picking.

Youtube is like Google on CRACK!. People love watching videos rather than reading. How to videos, review videos, its like TV with more channels but this time there always something good on, when I feel like turning a channel I will always find something.

I think when its come to driving traffic to your business/website/service,it still very easy to do comparing to offline business. You just needed to make sure the content you are trying to promote is worth watching or reading to the readers/traffic you are trying to convert on whatever niche you are trying to promote. Don't look for a quick way in & out system instead try to build a reputation on your niche/community by providing them valuable information/service/product.

Yt is still a very good source for driving targeted traffic,you just need to make sure you are uploading quality videos that address peoples needs/desire on your niche. I prefer uploading videos manually as i always believe quality over quantity. Usually i create 2-3 videos a day & then upload them on yt. Hope it helps your cause

Other video sites are good also. There's a guy on fiverr who will upload your youtube video to 40 other video sharing sites. I got decent views on many of these sites. One of the sites is jokeroo.com which often ranks higher on google then youtube.

Also I think Roku is the future. I'm going to put together a show and get it on Roku which has like 3 million viewers. Having a show on a Roku channel might be better then youtube which gets like 100,000 hours of videos uploaded each day.

I'm also bitter because I lost my youtube partnership
