What is going on with StrongWebinar?

Hi warriors

I was ready to buy Strong webinar today until I decided to ask them 2-3 questions just to be sure about some things.At that time I realized that there was no contact details on their site so I started searching the web and found a support email which doesn't work.

Then I came to search the warrior forum about it and found THIS THREAD where the OP did not answer even 1 of the questions asked.

I am really disappointed for that outcome since that service satisfied almost all of my needs of a webinar service.

Is there anything I am missing here?Some feedback would be really appreciated.

    Could someone suggest me a webinar service which fulfills the criteria below:

    1)Unlimited number of attendees
    2)Option to automate your prerecorded webinar
    3)Automated webinars feel like live and do not start from the beginning if someone comes in late or refreshes the page
    4)Can do Powerpoint Presentations
    5)Has a reasonable price

      So I went ahead and purchased the trial version of StrongWebinar in Saturday morning.After completing the purchase I was taken to an error page so I contacted clickbank and the vendor.The vendor did never respond so I asked for a refund 5 minutes ago.

      Conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM STRONGWEBINAR!!!

      Imagine having a problem while you have invited your prospects to your webinar already and never get a responce.I am really disappointed from this.

    Strong Webinar is a side business of mine. I dropped the ball for some time. Let me make it up for you: We've just made Strong Webinar a freemium product to help more small business owners.

    As for the WSO thread, I only answer questions that I choose to answer. I don't answer questions or engage in conversations I don't like. I don't try to please everybody and only want to do business with people I like. Life is too short.

    Take a look at Fuze Meeting, Kiriakos, I've been using that free setup for a few years and apart from the occasional software update required, has remained trouble free....and better than Skype
