1. Link to other info pages.
2. Link to product pages.
3. ???

  • I can think of a few causes of a high bounce rate. These come to mind as things I would fix:
    1. Choosing the wrong niche market, such that visitors are not finding what they are looking for, or attracting those who have low motivation.
    2. Likewise, choosing the wrong keywords.
    3. A poor visitor experience on the page, such as from less than excellent writing, an ugly color scheme or poor visuals, large blocks of hard to scan text, etc.
    4. Some other mismatch between a traffic source and your landing page, such as AdWords or email ad copy that doesn't match the landing page.

  • 1. Revise content and make it informative and engaging.
    2. Minimize marketing hype & amount of advertising on the page.
    3. Add intriguing video.
    4. Add attention-grabbing images.
    5. Trace visitor path on the site, find out where they leave and fix that page(s) using steps 1-4 above.

    • These are blog posts with information. The keywords that are used to find these pages are justifiable. But problem is once they find info, they are out of site.

      I know information seekers won't click much but I want to improve this.

      Related key words are pulling the visitors.

      Will keep this in mind. But I don't think so because few blog posts are pulling them into product pages.

      These are from organic search engine traffic. Not PPC.
