Just went and checked mine and all are working fine and also did a check from a site I link to and my affiliate at the bottom of the payment page. Sales have been going up and down but that is also true of my non clickbank sales I do direct payment for.

I have been tracking my sales for over 10 years now on all platforms and the first 5 were quite predictable however the last few have been the opposite. It is getting harder and harder to tell whats happening.

I also have an offline business and I would say the same for that. Typically Jan and Feb were dead months however this year they have been great whereas mar and april usually good but sales have fallen off quite a bit though picking up this week.

    Go figure.

    We live in turbulant times.

1 of my accounts was having troubles yesterday, and now 2 are today. both say zero hops for the day, whereas as the total between them should be over 100.. heck, i sent something to a list at 6 hours ago, and had 112 clicks so far.

My id is showing on the order page though. It wasn't showing for a while yesterday, and I ended up changing all my tid's. They started showing up, but I am not sure if the tid change had anything to do with it or not.

I just made a test purchase, hopefully it shows up

Yesterday my hops were delayed until almost midnight (and even then, it was only half of what I normally get). Today, I should be showing several hundred by now - and nothing. Something is messed up.

I am having trouble both yesterday and today too. Yesterday I had like only 2 hops all day even though I had several articles go live with a good amount of traffic. Now the yesterday reports show some more hops but still not where it should be. No hops so far today either.

I have noticed delays in hop registering for a couple of months now. Also, sales on analytical page, but not in transactions.
My hops have decreases significantly these last few weeks, even though my marketing has not. I chalk it up to the tax season.

While logging into my CB account, I'm seeing a red exclamation sign on the browser lock icon (the one that shows if the page is secure).

Apparently, there's some non-secure elements on the main page when you log in.

However, when you click on the rest of the tabs (Transactions, Analytics, etc.) it shows a secure lock.

Is anyone else noticing this too? I'm seeing this across all of my accounts since yesterday and it's bothering me a bit.

now that you mention it, I started getting a pop up warning about this yesterday. So it does seem like they've made some changes somewhere.

odd that it's the very same day my cookies weren't being set..

I think it's something to do with their 'live help' system that some of us noticed.

Their security certificate is still valid, but my concerns remain about these weekends tests that CB tends to do.

Here's what pisses me off. Not only have they not posted anything about this problem, nor answered my emails about it, but if you click the 'check system status' link, it's said everything is fine with the hoplink tracking both yesterday and today.

*sigh* I've been saying it for a long time, but it is definately time for me to get away from CB and take more control over my destiny..

How do you track your hops to Clickbank? I have been looking all around my account at CB and don't see where they show up, or aree you tracking them from your own web page?

As you can tell, I am new at this, but I just made my first sale through some articles at EZA, and I just wonder how many of the hops went through.

Analytics may be delayed but lets remember that it's a beta service and is therefore still at the testing stage (although they should really have a non-beta reporting function by now, like every other affiliate platform).

There shouldn't be any problem with your affiliate sales. My products are still making sales for my affiliates today like any other day.
yeah, I never figured this one out. I changed my tids, and the next test everything was showing again (of course, this was when I fired up camtasia!). 3 times in a row prior to that though, it came up affiliate=none.

I used bit.ly to shorten a Hoplink URL, the bit.ly report shows over 500 clicks, but Clickbank analytics shows only 200 clicks. I am having constant problems with Clickbank analytics. Does Clickbank think that affiliates only track clicks from one source? My concern is if they can't analyze the clicks correctly, how much is being lost in actual sales from a system that does not correctly analyze clicks???

There is a ton of time, energy, and money at stake, If we can't trust the Clickbank system to record EVERYTHING accurately, we have a HUGE problem.

  • all of you made me scared, i just add my first product to clickbank and now i'm not sure i did the right thing if there's so much problems there
