need help with site specific traffic

we have been through WSO etc with no luck in finding site or niche specific traffic increase help

our site is solely for freelance job projects either as an owner or buyer or as a freelance contractor providing services for a fee

we are looking for that experienced marketer who has that very deep database of potential conversions to subscribers, and we offer a very generous return for that marketer's efforts

      yes - our site goes from 80% compliance to 50% compliance the instant the bots move from index to job board page

      but we are not concerned about the general public so much as the targeted potentials of freelancers around the world

      between odesk, elance, freelancers, et al, there are some 6 million freelance contractors out there that deserve to know about our services
