Using a Blue Background On My Squeeze Page?

Hey all Warriors. Creating a squeeze page in the IM market and would like to have a nice blue background. Actually I have it all set up and am running some free solo's through it now...

My question is how do you thing the blue background will convert?

    Erm...

Surely you want people to focus first on the headline on
your squeeze page rather than being distracted by the
    blue background?

The shade of blue you've chosen takes attention away
from the rest of your squeeze page and will likely drop
your conversion rates compared to plain white.

This is an educated guess though. Split-test to get the
definitive answer from visitors to your site.

    Dedicated to mutual success,

I think it depends. Is the blue background the entire page (i.e. white text)? Or is the blue just on the sides? Is there a particular reason you want to use blue? Split test it. That's the only good advice you can get from asking this question.
