Simple Steps To Start Earning With Clickbank

hope everyone is having a great day.

It has been a long time since I start a post and so I want to give a few tips to help "someone" make some money online. I have gotten so much from this forum and would like to make a contribution.

I know it may not be the best but I sure hope it helps someone.

Here Goes:

Step #1- Hop over to Clickbank and sign up for and account if you don't already have one.


Step #2- Go to Clickbank Market Place and browse around for some product that you would want to promote. Don't bother to worry about competition or any of those things just yet. You can browse the different categories to find good quality product. These product should solve the problems that people may have. That way you are sure they will sell. For that reason I always suggest that people look in the health and fitness categories first as there will always be people looking for solutions in that niche.


Step #3- Select 5 products that fits the following critera:

• 1. Amount you get per sale must be over $20- anything less may not be profitable for you.

• 2. Has a decent sales page- Read it and see if it convinces you to buy. It wouldn't make sense to send traffic to a sales page that doesn't convert!

• 3. Has a %refered above 60%- This means that other affiliates are promoting the product and making sales.

Step #4- Select your top two Products that you want to focus your efforts on based on the above criteria.


Step #5- Go to theGoogle Keyword tool. We are going to see what terms people are searching for with problems that the products caters for. So once you are at the keyword tool type in a a phrase that you think someone will search for. For example if your product is a weight loss product, you may type in "weight loss" or "fat loss" etc.


Step #6 - Exact from the drop down tab in the keyword tool on the right. This will give you the exact number of searches per month.


Step #7- Look for search terms three words or more with more than 200 searches per month. Copy as much as possible to a notepad file. The more the better!


Step #8- Go to Google and do a seach for all the keywords you just copied individually and in quotes. For example if one of your keywords was how to lose weight then you would search for "how to lose weight". Lookt at the amount of results that are returned for the searches. Drop any keyword that return more than 20,000 results when you search in quotes.


Step #9- Now you need to set up your pesell page for your products. Go to the sales page and read it then construct your presell page around the benefits of having the product. You can even use a story and relate to your prospects. If you have a domain name and hosting, you can upload your presell page. However, if you don't have a website you can use the free blogger to set up your presell page.


Step #10- Now that you have your presell page that are promoting your products, you need to get it in front of your prospects. In other word, you need a lot of targeted traffic. So using all the keywords you have found (which should be alot) spend some time writing an article on each of these keywords. Make sure that the keywords are in the title of the article and throughout the article a few times. (1-3 times for a 250 words article)


If you are promoting 2 products then a suggest you write at least 2 articles per day for each of the products and submit them to ezine articles with a link pointing back to your presell page in your author resource box. Once your articles are approved on EZA you can submit them to other article directories. Bookmark them and also ping them.


If you have chosen good products and write a good presell and quality articles then after a few articles you should see some of those blue and grey bars in your clickbank account.
