Amazon Delayed reports

Hi,

Anyone experiencing delayed reports? Mine already jumped to 6% commission but no reports on shipped items.

    I don't know about that but Amazon has gotten really hit or bad miss on when they show your orders/earnings from the prior day. Sometimes it's as soon as I wake up. Other times it's a day or 2 after I was expecting to see it update.

    Amazon needs to get that fixed.

    I've been experiencing a lag with my reports too. It's 3/03 5:30 p.m. PST here in California and I still haven't seen an updated order report for 3/02. This drives me crazy, but what could I do... It's part of the process I guess...

    I can remember when my reports weren't updated by 7 am in the morning one day and I thought that was very odd. Now it seems like an everyday occurrence where the reports won't be updated the same time to days in a row. Now it could be ASAP or 8pm that evening or even the following day.

    This has actually been an ongoing issue with Amazon for many years. They have no desire to upgrade their reporting to more modern technology. They have no fear of losing affiliates either.

    Interestingly enough-I had an issue with my associates account a year ago so I had to call Amazon to address it.

    When I called and asked to speak with the Amazon associates department - the lady I spoke with had no idea what I was talking about and also what an affiliate program was. I had to explain it for her.

    Then she forwarded me to the associates department when she found the # in her phone directory. It rang for a bit then went to voice mail. I left a detailed voice mail and didn't hear back from anyone for a couple days until I pretty much forgot about it - and it wasn't the weekend or around a Holiday so I was surprised (in a not so good way) it took so long to hear anything in return.

      Amazon phone support is lame, try the other option. They replied to my ticket almost immediately, and I was very pleased with their support.
