Membership Course Advice

Hello,

I am in the process of completing content for a fixed-term membership course in the seduction niche. I understand that offering a video course will increase the perceived value of the membership, but I have two questions:

1. In your opinion, can I get away with simply having a text based membership course in this highly competitive niche? Perhaps offering the course in audio format in addition to pdf files is enough?

2. If I did offer video training, how would you format it? Would you create a PowerPoint presentation and then use something like Camtasia to record everything?

I can provide additional details about my membership course via private message if that helps.

Thanks so much for all the help!

Scott

Remember, it's always about the customer.

People like videos and I believe you'll be missing out on customers if you are not providing the video option.

As for the formatting. It depends on the content. You could make "real" world examples where you video yourself "seducing."

Or you could go class room styled with powerpoint.

Whatever teaches the lessons the best.

Thanks so much for the quick reply Nate. I think you bring up a very important point...it is all about the customer.

Yeah, I think "real" world style would be ideal in most circumstances, but I'm planning on specializing in online seduction, which may lend itself well to class room style instruction I'm thinking.

Thanks again for the feedback, greatly appreciate it!

Hi Scott! While I understand that making videos do require a little more out of you they also turn more heads toward your membership.

Here's my recommendation: Go with the video course. Above every video write everything you go over in the video. The reason for this recommendation is simple. Some people learn better by reading while others learn better by hearing and seeing.

This way you kill three birds with one stone and opens your business up to more of a wide audience as well.

    All the best

      Hi Tim,

Thanks so much for the reply! I appreciate the feedback and like you said, while it may take a little more time to construct a video course, I think it will be worth it in the long run. I also LOVE your idea about including the course content in text format above the video! Your advice is greatly appreciated Tim!

      All the best,

      Scott
