Good email server recommendations please???

Once again my Mail.com server is down! Pfff! I signed up with them a few years ago as liked the interface and mobile app but recently they have been having problems and it appears even having a premium account means you are subject to technical difficulties on a more regular than I would like basis.

Please can someone recommend a good email provider?

NOT hotmail too much spam
NOT gmail as can't stand the interface
I would use my own domain as an email host but I really can't stand microsoft outlook it just bugs me.

Maybe I should just use microsoft outlook and be done with it but sure there must be another option

Help me warriors!

    I'm confused by your questions.

Are you looking for an email server or just an email program.

Your title says email server but then you are talking about Outlook which is just an email program.

    Which is it?

      Hey Will
Sorry if my question was unclear! I was ranting.

Currently with mail.com as an email provider but looking to change.

Meant email provider if that makes more sense.
But I mentioned outlook because I don't want to use a domain name email as will have to use a program such as outlook to access it?

      Hope this makes sense

That isn't necessarily the case. You could potentially install something like hivemail on a subdomain of one of your domains and use it as a web based email provider if that's what you are looking for, and I think that up to 10 users is a free version of hivemail.

Yeah .. mail dot com has got to the point of breaking scripts every time I try to log on.

You don't need outlook or any other program to access your own domain mail .. just access from the c-panel through web mail option.

      Hey Troy,
Sorry to hear you also had some problems with mail.com

Thing is I really like their outlay its fast and easy and have got really accustomed to it. Plus their app is good. I also like that I can sync other emails in there so only have to log into one

Anyone know another one that does this?

Cpanel option is kinda awquard to use if you know what I mean not super user friendly

Yes, you can access your domain email accounts just by logging in through your cpanel.

In most cases you can access your webmail at this address:

    http://www.website.com/webmail

Obviously just substitute website.com with your own domain. If that doesn't work then just log in and go through your cPanel.
