What's the perfect structure? (eBook market)

Goodevening fellow warriors,

For a while I've been active in the (European) internet marketing scene now,
mostly selling my own written products, eBooks within the self-improvement niche. I tried to get into the 'system', see how others roll. I analyzed their websites, text, books, mailings, you name it. I'm doing pretty good so far, however I feel I just don't get it yet. What's the ultimate method of building the perfect squeeze pages? I sincerely hope you guys could grant a bit of your wisdom.

The following points I am most interested in:

- Structure website
Is there are structure to handhold the perfect squeeze?
After my research, I noticed most websites use the following setup:

1. Self identification with problem/issue.
2. Self awareness of problem/issue by questioning. Are you also having problems with---- ?
3. Present the solution (buy my eBook!)
4. Visualize a perfect scenario (Life without the problem)
5. What will this eBook teach me?
6. Testimonials / Magazines/TV/radio
7. Bonuses (Extra eBooks/CD's)
8. Ease of ordering / Summary of products
9. Refund within 60 days.
10. PS/PSS.

- Structure testimonials
Simple question, is there a structure within the order and content of the testimonials?

- Capital Letters (EVERYWHERE!)
I Noticed Most Internet Marketeers Keep Using Capitals At
Every Friggin' Word In Every Sentence. Why?

- Squeezing them to a sale
Any extra tips?
