What's going on with ClickBank today?

Apparently ClickBank is having some technical issues.

First there was an extra row of all zeros on the paychecks screen. See...

Then, I noticed that several rebill customers were double billed today. ClickBank then refunded the rebills but in the process apparently cancelled those customers accounts.

I just got off the phone with ClickBank and they informed me that those accounts won't be cancelled, but as of right now my account still states those accounts are cancelled.

Anyone else experiencing this?

      Accounts have been reset as "Active" and not "Canceled".

        Same issues here.

        Would be nice to get some kind of communication from them, and not just a series of refund tickets opened through support.

        For me it was everyone paying their recurring bills through Paypal was double billed.

        ClickBank has always been bullet proof in my experiences, hopefully just a bump in the road.

          Wow, apparently ClickBank is giving a free month of service to the customers who were double charged at the Vendor and Affiliate's expense! Not because they want to, but because they screwed up their billing and can't fix it.

          Per ClickBank...

          Due to the duplicate billing and subsequent refund, you will notice that the system re-bill date has been pushed back two months instead of one. The date listed as the Next Payment Date on the order will remain as is. Regrettably there was no way to avoid this rebill schedule. Although the customer won’t be rebilled for two months, the subscription remains active, and will continue as normal from then on.
          Fortunately this mistake only happened to a select group of rebills for me, so it's not really that big of a loss personally, however I'm hoping it's not a sign of things to come!

    Clickbank rejected my product today. It hurt

    I hope it's a technical glitch as I am going to call them tomorrow for a rant.

    When I tested some products I'm driving traffic to through media buys to see if my cookie was dropping, I noticed that the default currency was in EUROs!!

    I tried in every browser and same result.

    Is it just me or is anyone else seeing the same thing?

      I'm not seeing this. ClickBank should always show the default currency based on the user's location.
