finding a clickbank transaction number?

So I need CB transaction number to get into a helpdesk for a product

CB only hold transactions for up to a year (It is more than a year)

I have obviously lost the email

Suggestions please?

  • Some helpdesks ask for it, but don't require it, so you could try submitting a ticket without the receipt and see what happens.

    If that doesn't work try to find an email, go to their affiliate page, or wherever else they may have a contact form.

    I've even gone so far as looking up the whois for a site and contacting the email provided there. If all that fails, contact ClickBank and see if they can forward your message to the vendor on your behalf.
