I would recommend you to better ask your hosting people first. They would be the best adviser at this time. They are much experts than us and they can assist you in best manner..

It looks like the site is slow to generate the first page which would be an issue with the host or configuration. It is not an issue with the video or site design.

I would try reinstalling word press.

Yes! Your site really Loads Slow. I think You should Contact Your Hosting Company. I think If You choose Shared Hosting Plan, Then Your hosting company can oversale their servers which may lead sites load slowly. or May be Your Site use lots of Resources in Server. Just Contact your hosting Provider.

Thank you.

No worries - most web hosts should be able to move your sites for you. Some only do cPanel to cPanel, but some will also move from non-cPanel hosts as well. It takes a little more work however that's why some aren't inclined to do it. I'd recommend checking with a few companies to see who will move you from GoDaddy. I cannot advertise my company on here however we do move from GoDaddy and other non-cPanel hosts.

If the problem is with your installed plugin then deactivate the recent plugin you installed.

Here is your problem, I think.

I started off with those guys. They told me the same thing. I did a reverse lookup on my domain and found that I was sharing it with 5000 or so others, so no wonder it didn't work.

I got out of the contract by saying that it wasn't fit for purpose since it specifically says that it works with Wordpress, which implies plugins. I'm with HostGator now, who are freaking awesome.

You could disable them all, and if the page doesn't load immediately then you have your answer.

Use pingdom to check your website speed again. Try to use w3 total cache plugin to optimize your website load speed. Also compressing css files, and java script on the footer also helps.
