What is the best freelancer site for video and graphic design work?

Hey Guys,

What have you found to be the best freelancer sites for finding quality video and graphic design work. I have looked at odesk and freelancer but was not too impressed. Elance looks like a possibility. What freelancer sites have you found that are good especially for video design?

I've only had experience with Freelancer.com - Hire Freelancers & Find Freelance Jobs Online however I do not recommend hiring anyone in India, i've been screwed a bit by that. However, I did strike gold and I found an awesome Brazilian!

Agree with KingMighty. Freelancer.com is definitely a good place to start with You might also want to check Odesk and Elance.

  Unfortunately, they are a bit limited for video stuff although they can be solid with other graphic design.

If I need something - right here on the Warrior Forum is the first place I look, some very highly skilled freelancers here

Hey,

There are good freelancers both in Freelancers/Odesk/etc and Warrior for hire.
You need to test them out.
My advice: Pay them well when they prove to be good in their works.
They will give their best services to good paymasters.
