Lose 30lb in 30 minutes!

Hey,
To the point. Why do you begin a 'spanking' ' brand new year with a "Bold Face" lie? Well, it's the same reason you've never gotten around to reading just one of the 3,243 ebooks and special "Secret" reports or "List Building" software clogging up the hard drive...it wasn't that important.

One of the most popular resolution of all time (Look! Don't hold me to this, it just works for my purpose) is "I'm goona finally get me in shape!" "Goona?" Don't know where that came from? But oh well! I have a suggestion for you. Take 30 minutes while you're on your 'cool down' from "Sweatin' to the Oldies" and dump another 30 pounds

Of unwanted FAT from your download files...it totally Liberating! New year. New Plan.
New Mindset. Let your new motto be "I'm all about Fiscal Fitness"

Wally
P.S.You won't hate yourself in the morning either

You scare me with the title brother. I thought the only way to lose 30 lbs in such a short time frame is to amputate your leg. lol

I have to agree. When you first start online you think it is cool to download so many free items or even purchase some but I have things both free and purchased and I have never looked at them.

Perhaps it is time to go through and get rid of some of these things because in the last few years since I downloaded these - there have been a great many changes. Must make myself a promise to clean up the hard drive.

There are alternatives, external hard drives, Amazon's S3 storage, but app-salute-yee we've all been in need of such advice at one point or another.

Made that mistake when starting out, I downloaded 1,000's of plr, and master resell products, and used maybe 3 in total...lol

It's probably all entry level material anyway. You have to walk away from the ebooks and guru courses at some point.

That didn't end the way I expected it to.

I regularly do this with e-mails, or if they get completely out of hand, I copy the e-mail mailbox files and put them in a backup directory, and start from scratch again. Easier to subscribe and keep on top of.

A good place to put free stuff is on these cloud storage places like Google Drive, Box, etc. If you don't like them, open a new account Not taking up your space either.

I just got 50GB free, so I would be questioning my sanity if I can fill that up with free stuff.

Yeah, when I saw the title I was thinking about some garage-quality liposuction.

I wonder what 30 pounds of hard drive space really would be. It'd be a massive amount of data.

Also, do that many people read IM ebooks? I have purchased one and downloaded about 10 for free, all of which were in topics that I was actively thinking about at the time.

If this thread was about weight, I wonder what the realistic max possible would be (without surgery or losing a limb, or losing control of bodily functions) in a day?

I managed to lose about 7 pounds in a day once, and that was after eating 2 mcdonalds meals and a cooked dinner at home, so if I hadn't pigged out it would have been more, maybe 9 or 10 pounds?

30 pounds of disk space? Ah that1's easy - just use the right kind of disk! Floppy disks

It's a little artificial - "weight" loss of that kind is mostly going to be fluid/water-loss, I think? Some of those "crash diets" get people off to a very fast start by dehydrating them. It's a bit of a "temporary trick", really ...

Mine was from doing an assault course. I can believe I burnt several thousand calories from running, climbing and crawling over things for a couple of hours, and freezing (soaking wet and cold) my bits off all the way round.

As a ballpark figure, 3,500 calories = 1 pound, so I doubt I burnt more than a couple of pounds - the rest was probably water loss.

Coincidentally, I'm doing another one tomorrow

They say it is around 3500 per pound but the body goes into thermeogeneis if I am not mistake. This is where the body slows down the metabolism to conserve the calorie (Which is just a form of energy) only to return back to normal once popper nutrition has been consumed. Water weight is just that, water, as soon as you drink water + salts, ions and the likes, all of your body will be restored back to normal and normal weight will resume. Obviously there are a multitude of negative impacts on the body if you remain dehydrated. Cells will lyse, brain cells will shrivel etc... Just thought I would add a little science

Yes some people were even borderline hypothermia after the last one I did. Generally they were people who did the course relatively slowly.

But I do not think that's going to happen for me during the race. I'll be hot & sweating - my theory is that if I'm not sweating, I'm not running fast enough. So I expect to use a lot of calories both in the exercise & in maintaining body temperature.

I love how you are willing putting yourself through pain Got to admire it!!

Just remember that every 1km you should take a mouthful of water but in that water it should have ions, nutrients and salts. That way you will be able to run for a lot longer without getting fatigued as much .

No I'm not carrying anything around the course. Need both arms to pull yourself up various things.

I expect they will have 1 or more water stops round the course. Besides which, you usually end up swallowing (accidentally) more than few mouthfuls of ditch water on the way round.

    Trust me, it's fun. Really.

Here's the one I'm doing tomorrow.
