I want a link preview like on Facebook

I want to add a link to an article on my WP blog with the look of a link shared on facebook (little thumbnail + title + short description).
How can I do that? Who can help me out?

    Hi maildigger, I will try to answer, it's a bit confusing what you are asking.

    1. If you want to share on Facebook the "article" on your WP site and give properties to the share link you post. Use "Easy Facebook Share Thumbnail"

    2. Or, if you want TO CREATE it [Like in Facebook], you must try "Share and Follow" wp plugin.
