This type of offer always fails the smell test...

I keep seeing this kind of offer, so it must work. But it fails logic, IMO.

"Let me give you this 100% DONE FOR YOU 'machine' that will make you GOBS of $$$ in commissions -- Yes, WE DO ALL THE WORK, and you get the commissions!..."

That makes no sense. On what basis, and for what reason, are they giving away part of the $$, if they are doing all the work? That sounds more like charity.

  • Long and short of it is, they aren't.
  • The old saying "if it sounds too good to be true..." has never let me down.
  • When people read that they can make gobs of money without any work, their logic goes out the window. That's why those offers work.
  • Laziness is like the "approaching zero" concept in math.

The quest is to "approach" 100% laziness (strive to constantly increase the $$ made per effort expended ratio) -- But one must also realize absolute, 100% laziness (ie: doing NOTHING), is not achievable.

That's why these offers fall flat (on me). They CLEARLY violate the laws of entrepreneurial "physics." They go BEYOND the "dream," into the twilight zone!

  • Believe it or not, people will still purchase services like this. To an advanced internet marketer, this is easily detected as ridiculous. But to a newbie, this is fools gold.
  • Logic goes right out of that big wide window when people look at the dollar signs and don't see the bigger picture.

Like above posts, newbies are taken in by it all.

There is an offer that has had hundreds of replies, and the creator will build a blog, and add in adverts, adsense etc, and they promise it will run on autopilot and generate $$$s a month.

Somebody asked why they don't make the blogs themselves and generate all this $$$ on autopilot for themselves instead of selling for a low price.

The post was deleted. (not this forum btw)

    A fool and his money...
  • There is such much BS in our industry it's funny. It takes hard work, dedication and FOCUS to make it in this biz. There are no magic pills or push button software.
  • The 'machine' is that they have an automated process, or a 'library' of done for you products that they pick from, and you use.

So if you were building a list, a done for you product might pick one squeeze page, a set of e-mail follow ups from a large catalogue.

    • Yes, but if it makes money on complete auto pilot, then what is the seller's motivation to do that, MINUS the money he's paying out to the buyer of the "system" (commissions for doing NOTHING)?

We do everything, and give you a %, FOR NO REASON.

THAT'S where the smell turns foul.
