wso affiliate question...

Hello fellow marketers, I have recently began promoting wso's as part of my business, but I have only been promoting the front end offer even if there is a commission on the oto because im not sure how it works.. Can any one tell me how you send the traffic to the wso page and get commission for BOTH the front end and oto? I mean I dont want to ad a P.S to the bottom of the email saying " OH by the way, if you want the oto then please come back to this email and click my affiliate link" So im wondering how that works..

    Which platform are you referring to? Warrior Pro? JV Zoo? Clickbank? It would depend on the platform and also how the WSO seller set up their products, sales funnel, etc.

      Mostly warrior plus, sometimes i promote on the JVzoo platform...
      It seems to me like they could somehow link the main offer affiliate link to the oto affiliate link, This way as long as your are approved for both all you have to promote is the mail offer link and if you get a sell for the oto you would get credit for it to... I dont know, It just seems better than putting a link to the main wso sale page and a link to the oto sales page in my emails.

    A lot of effort needs to be placed in the creating of your WSO/product, it's not a myth when they say good product promote itself..

    So get a good designer to make a good graphic sales page and create a better product than your competitor.

    On the traffic part, bump your ads consistently, advertise on the top page of the forum, run a JV and more..

    Lastly, get lots of positive reviews from tester and buyers.. Always ask your buyer to leave a positive response at the end of purchasing your product.

      Thanks Johnben, but im not talking about running a wso, Im talking about promoting other peoples wso's..

        If i remember well you have to send a request to the seller for the upsell too... you should find it listed as all the others products...

          Yeah, I know we need to be approved for the upsell too, But what im asking is do we need to promote BOTH links in our email's or is the link to the main offer connected to the link for the OTO? It just seems like it would look bad to our list if we had a link to the main offer then right below it was a link to the oto, So ir would be nice to have a link that would give us credit for both the main offer and OTO as long as we were approved to promote both of them.

    There will be different affiliate links for their main WSO and OTO, etc. You need to request and get approved on all to get commission on all.

    Usually you are also approved for the OTOs when you get access to the main product.

    From your perspective promoting, you will probably get a commission on the backend products like Upsell.

    If you can get a review copy, and find the Upsell useful, then you can also mention it. The main product generally must be purchased to get the upsell, so that should be your main focus. I'd mention the value of the Upsell afterward for example, if you want a done for you version, then purchase the first OTO.

    This is how it works in Warrior Plus.

    1. You request all affiliate links (front end and OTO's).

    2. Once approved, you mail out the affiliate link for the front end product only.

    3. Since the front end and OTO products are linked in Warrior Plus, any OTO sales made on those purchases are also tracked automatically and you will receive the commissions for those.

    You only need to promote the ONE link.
