Looking For The BEST Fat Loss Forum - any ideas?

INTERNET MARKETING

Hi All

I am working in the Fat Loss niche and I have been looking for the best Fat Loss Forums that I can add value, learn more about the niche but really drive traffic to my blog

Therefore obviously looking for a forum that has a good amount of activity and also allows signature links.

Its not as straight forward as I imagined. If anyone is aware of a good forum that would fit I would be most grateful - many thanks Jim

  what about "lose weight forums" ? Looks like there may be a few what I can see.
  
  Is it not a state of mind? less calories in, more calories out. I adore treats, pizza, comfort eating etc. but the bottom line is that I've managed to control my mind set (more regular exercise, much less "treat" food) and have lost a couple of kilos in as many weeks.

bodybuilding.com has some great sections but I'm not sure how strict they are regarding sigs.

  You'll get negative rep just for asking about marketing in your signatures there. I've been in that community on and off for over 7 years.
  
  It's the best forum out there for fitness, but it's in the biggest snake oil market there is.
  
  Aside from that, they have their own store. I figure that is one main reason for not allowing signature links. The sig's there are only text
