Is there Online Graphic Design Tools for Lay People? Your Recommendations?

Hey everyone,

I'm a photoshop veteran and I'm wanting to help my clients create basic graphics, crop and resize photos to add to their websites/blogs etc.

Do you know of any online graphic designer tools that are really simple to use? One they I found which is excellent is: Web Resizer - Crop & Resize Photos Free Online - Optimize pictures for websites and email

Two nifty free graphics utilities I like are paint.net, and gimp.

Both might be overkill for your clients, but at least you could give them away along with a "cheat sheet" tutorial from you.
