Can I transfer my lists from aweber to any other autoresponder?

It depends upon the policy of the other autoresponder
    service you intend using.

AWeber will allow you to download your current list
in the form of a csv file that contains the e-mails
of your subscribers together with relevant data,
e.g. IP address, date subscribed, etc.

Contact the support desk of the autoresponder
service you intend using and they'll let you know
if their policy allows direct imports via csv files.

No you can't (with Aweber). They don't accept lists from third parties or paid lists. I have a list of 7K that I want to import into Aweber but they rejected my claim. It's a solid list, all Internet Marketers that I have personally coached on webinars.

Aweber want proof of opt-in which I don't have as I was mentoring on somebody else's training course. My workaround will be to run a JV webinar with that list.

Contact the support desk at AWeber and they'll give
you accurate information related to your specific
      situation.

If your list is currently within AWeber, they know that
it's a valid list. I would assume that they would be
happy to split the list for you but check with them
      for the definitive answer.

By the way, I've been able to import lists into AWeber
before by having their import team confirm the validity
of the list and answering their pre-transfer questions.

This is very good advice. Contact the support desk first to speed up the process.

No, Aweber only allows you to import 2000 email addresses per day. I think they are manually verified. It's a stringent process (and rightly so) to combat SPAM and comply with CAN-SPAM.
