I am looking to target business's that are already using Google adwords
e.g Plumbers In London
I am based in Ireland so when I search for plumbers in Google all of the ads on the side of the page are ads for plumbers in Ireland.
How can I get a local search as if I was searching in London?
I have gone to google.com/ncr which cancels the redirect to google.ie but I still have no joy...
