Well the title says it all. What is the best list building course to build targeted subscribers in the IM niche. I'd rather have a few hundred buyers than tens of thousands of non-target subscribers.if you want to recommend your ecourse please do so I'm wcone to all suggestions here.

    No course required.

Sell cheap products that solve a problem people have.

This will create a list of buyers.

Sell more products that solve more of their problems.

That's all there is to it really.

If you need help with the technical side of things such as setting up the squeeze pages, etc, Youtube is your friend. Plenty of great free videos on there.

      Exactly....

Find markets with desperate buyers. Offer them the solutions they want, and they'll be the easiest sales you'll ever make. And you'll rack up a list of buyers in no time.

As close to foolproof as you can get.

I couldn't have said it any better.

A current customer is always easier to sell to than creating a new one.

Sell cheap and then scale by selling more expensive items.

Great advice... buyers list is the best list you can have. It's really not about the size of your list but instead abotu the relationship you have with them...

Ya doing ad swaps every day will build your list but those subs wont be responsive because they're being bombarded by 100 other marketers...

By creating a product everyone who buys it and joins your list will be eager to hear what you have to say. Assume the role of the trusted adviser and not a salesman and you'll be just fine.

Actually, you don't need a ecourse for list-building.
The strategies you need is in this forum:
    1. Article marketing
    2. Video marketing
    3. Solo ads
    4. Ad swap
    5. JV
    6. Forum
    7. Guest blogging
    8. So much more

What you really need is a realistic expectation on this business.
You need to have immediate/long term projection on this.

PM me if you need more advice.

        1) Click on "User CP" in the top left corner.
        2) Then choose "edit signtature".
        3) Add Your Anchor text
        4) Hyperlink it to your free report

        Hope this helps.

        Cheers,

Although a course may be nice, save that money for the essential tools you will need such as hosting, a good autoresponder such as Aweber ($1 trial offer) etc., There is plenty of FREE information here on the Warrior forum.

Remember having non buyers (subscribers) on your list is not always a bad thing

If you are no good at converting non buyers to buyers then yeah you will find it very difficult

However if you are good at converting non buyers to buyers then generating new subscribers on a regular basis is a great thing

It really all comes down to how much trust and credibility you build and how good your email marketing is

Best way to start is to have a little $7 ebook/video course of say 10 videos

Give 3 of those videos away for free to build your list

And then offer the additional 7 videos as your low ticket $7 product

Start by adding your squeeze page link here in this forum and offer plenty of good value and then add more traffic streams to the mix as you progress

Then just watch and track your epc's using each traffic source and then the traffic sources which are most profitable for you market more in those places

This is a good start and the best thing is (you now have a business) and something which you own

Take this info as you will :-)

Interesting idea, how long do you think every video should be (in minutes)?

well many people would tell you different numbers

apparently the sweet spot is around 5 mins so that people don't lose interest

personally i don't care about any of that, i make my videos as long as they need to be some are 4 mins some are 23 mins if someone likes my teaching enough then they will watch them

but i try not to go over about 20 mins most of the time otherwise the video takes ages to upload

        so it's really up to

        paul

As others have mentioned you don't need to buy a course for email marketing. All you need is...

    1. A One page website with a free report that offers real value -- one that you would usually pay money for. In exchange for this gift they will give you their email address.

    2. Send targeted traffic to your website. This is a big issue, because sending 100 people very targeted vs 1000 un targeted can be the difference between a few and hundreds of sales.

    3. Create some follow up emails that deliver massive value to your subscribers for free. Every so often, you will then provide them with a product that you have bought and believe will benefit their lives.
