I have 1000 opt-ins how can i grow my list more?

The options include ...

Attract more traffic to the page containing the opt-in
Improve the opt-in by gradual split-testing, changing one parameter at a time so as gradually to maximize the opt-in rate

Yes - have a look down here, and you'll see some advertised: Warrior Joint Ventures

This technique is mostly for lists in the "internet marketing advice/services" and "make money online" niches. You find someone with a list equivalent to yours: you send your subscribers a link and recommendation for his opt-in page, and he reciprocates. The idea is that you both grow your lists out of it, by opting in some of each other's subscribers on your own squeeze page. If you do too much of this, you can get unsubscriptions, though ...

Continue to buy more traffic. Hopefully you have a system in place that is making you money so you can buy more traffic.

If you don't have a system... create one.

Buy more traffic, and start swapping with other list builders.

You'll grow fast in no time.

Actually with $0.1 CPC you can get 600 clicks for 60 bucks, which equals not more than 400 subscribers...

But if it is a true story, $0.1 CPC is a really good achievment

If not already, you should definitely be using YouTube to build your list. You will get a lot of qualified leads from YouTube traffic plus it's easier to rank YOuTube videos in the search engines

I was looking at safe swaps yesterday and seen guys with 3-5k list's get only 20 clicks from them. It's a good way to give away your leads, and get nothing in return IMHO.

I actually quit safe swaps about a month ago. It's not worth the $25 a month. The traffic is all garbage. You'd be better off finding skype groups or trading inside the WF.
