Gmail email extractor

Hey Everyone,

I have a gmail account and I have hundreds of people emailing me... I need to reply to them with the same email.

I know there is something out there that will extract the email address of the people who have emailed me so I can email them all at the same time so I do not have to go through and email them individually.

Do you know of anything that will do this?

Ya, the vacation reply will not work becuase 1 gmail account can only send out 100 email a day, and I am getting way more then that.

You can use a free web service once every 2 weeks for free @ Vallery.net - Gmail Email Address Extractor. It's an awesome little utility!

You might want to try enabling POP and then downloading everything on Gmail to a specified folder on your email client account.

You can then email your contacts using your client, or extract the email addresses and export them to something like GroupMail and use that to email them.

I have not myself downloaded from Gmail myself, so this is only a suggestion for you to research yourself.

      I hope it helps,

      Regards,
      Jeff.

I use GroupMail myself. Have for 2-3 years and it works pretty good.

Auto forward your incoming gmail to a dedicated PC email account, and set up auto-replies to all these respondents. You may have to set up filters to look for certain keywords in the subject line or body of message that is unique....

    Question?
Can you head them off at the pass?
meaning you respond to them at the moment right after they send you email? Is this possible to do on your site?

    You can extract them using the export feature in Gmail and import them into any autoresponder system like Interspire as a confirmed opt in and mail them that way;

I need to extract contacts from my email regularly and I tired using many products and following are the issues with them:
      1. None of them are free
      2. They ask for a lot of money
      3. Provides a very limited solutions in the basic version.

I found one more option (MailBoxLabs - All the tools missing in your mailbox) which looks very promising and its completely free.

Let me know if any one has a better option.
