Asking Suggestions to help my friend make part time money

Hello,

My colleague at work wants to make her spouse who is a homemaker to help in making money for the family to get out of debt, but the spouse is interested only on reading classical English literature by authors like Thomas Hardy, Wordsworth, Shakespeare and others. Proofreading, editing are the skills but wants to do only on literature topics.

Any suggestions?

    Tell her to have her spouse get a job, or to pack his books and hit the road. If she is asking you about it, then she is bothered that he sits at home reading books, while she brings home the bacon. Debt can ruin a marriage fast, especially when the spouse does nothing to bring in money.

    Either you want to write or not, you can't pick and choose what to write, when you need money and you have zero income coming in. That's like a homeless guy asking the soup kitchen for caviar to spread on his bread.
